Position Overview :
This role is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner while meeting operational expense and productivity plans and for participation in the performance management processes.
Essential Job Functions :
Executes operational strategy while improving morale and supporting client delivery relationships
Managing daily production plan, assessing staffing moves so everyone is working on the planned assignments to mitigate down time for full time staff
Monitor loans left in progress across all active deals and reach out to staff as needed to ensure loans are being completed in time to meet client deliveries
Monitor daily production goals are being met as required by the SOW for each dedicated team to ensure teams are not falling short
Assist PM’s with managing job assignments and identify staff based on training, availability, employee type, location, performance, etc.
Respond to Service Manager tickets within 15 mins of receipt during scheduled monitoring times.
Maintaining staffing sheet/user management screen in Clarity for both full and part time staff
Provide necessary permissions for UW/QC chosen to assist with Stips or any special projects requested by their CSM’s
Other projects and research as required
Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements :
Minimum three years in mortgage/ secondary market experience
Prior management experience within the last ten years and for a minimum of two years
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Advanced Excel using formulas, VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Ability to motivate others to meet demands
Demonstrate professional behavior and teamwork, punctual, dependable and adhere to company policies and procedures
Effective communicator and ability to multi-task
Special Requirements :
· The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment
Working Conditions :
Office environment with frequent computer use
Sitting for long periods of time
Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping
This position is available in all US Remote locations as detailed in SitusAMC’s Telecommuting policy. Colorado locations are currently excluded for this posting.
